Learn how to make Fresh Mozzarella Cheese and Homemade Pizza Dough! Each student will make their own mozzarella cheese ball to enjoy and take with. In addition you will learn, how to make homemade pizza dough for your own personal pizza.  Easy peasy homemade pizza sauce will also be taught, never buy jar sauce again!

Bring you favorite bottle of Prosecco and enjoy while you learn to make the most amazing Pierogis!

We will be making homemade dough.  Techniques will be taught how to roll and fill.

Fillings: Filet Mignon with caramelized onions and white sharp cheddar, Sweet Potato & Zucchini with an Asian flare, and Three Cheese Jalapeno!!  Not your Babcia’s pierogies!

Pirogies will be boiled and sautéd in butter to enjoy!
