COOKING CLASS ENROLLMENT POLICY: Payment in full is required at the time of class registration. If you cannot attend a class, you may send a substitute in your place. Please call 484-674-7748 to let us know who will be attending in your place.
“No shows” will not receive a refund or credit.

Registration: Students can reserve a place in class either by registering on-line, by phone or in person at Really Cooking with Robin. Registration is not complete until payment is received. We suggest you reserve a seat as early as possible as class size is limited to 10 to 18  students depending on the class.  We can accommodate up to 50+ students for larger classes upon request.  If a class is full, you may request that your name be placed on a waiting list. Full payment or deposit must be made at time of registration. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Corporate Amex, Checks and Cash.
If in the rare instance that a class does not have enough participants, Really Cooking with Robin will usually reschedule that class and either refund a registered person’s money for that class or apply it to a future class.

Cancellations: Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled due to bad weather. If a class is cancelled we will do our best to notify you at the phone number and email you provided at the time of registration. We will also attempt to update our phone message and website in such cases. If bad weather is upon us or predicted, we suggest you call before coming to class. 484-674-7748

Refunds: Although tuition is non-refundable, you can transfer to another class up to 48 hours before your scheduled class, one time only. Please call us to make such arrangements. If you are unable to attend a class that you have registered for you may also send someone else in your place. Again, please call us. 484-674-7748

Private Parties: If you have made a reservation for a Private Party, Birthday Party, Team Building Event or other group reservation we have reserved this time slot just for you. Deposit is NOT refundable, but you can always reschedule, one time only.

Photographs/Video: Really Cooking with Robin reserves the right to use photographs and or videos taken during classes and other programs for the marketing and promotion of Really Cooking with Robin. Any person who does not wish to be photographed, video taped or otherwise recorded, or have his or her child photographed, video taped or otherwise recorded is asked to notify us upon registration.

Release and Hold Harmless:  At Really Cooking with Robin, LLC our classes are intended for your education and enjoyment. Your participation is strictly voluntary.

Culinary activities can present risks, we at Really Cooking with Robin, LLC. depends on you to use your good judgment and reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of others. Please follow all directions carefully. If you have any questions, about your ability to safely follow instructions, alert us immediately.

In consideration for your participation in any activity, event or class at Really Cooking with Robin, LLC, you agree and understand that your participation is voluntary, and you assume the risks associated with the culinary activity in which you will be participating. Such risks may include, but are not limited to, the risk of physical injury or harm. You further agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless Really Cooking with Robin, LLC. from all claims arising out of an injury, disability, resulting from your participation in culinary classes.
